So far so good. The place it's very clean, the sofa chair it's very comfortable. At first I thought they were slow, because there were only two people working the counter. My appointment was at 11:00 and it was already 10:30, and the only two people at the counter moved to help two other customers, and I panicked. Haha, but then another guy came and helped us super fast. He explained the problem with my tire, and I ended up buying new tires, and they did all of that in 30 minutes. Amazing.

​I initially had a frustrating experience at this location. However, the store manager, Kevin, reached out to me the very next day to address my concerns and make things right. When I returned to the store, he handled everything promptly, and I was in and out in just 20 minutes. ​Kevin went above and beyond to turn my experience around. I have never had a follow-up customer service experience handled so well. Thanks to his quick resolution and great attitude, he completely restored my trust in this location.

I’ve been a loyal Discount Tire customer and purchased both my tires and the tire warranty because I’ve always trusted the company and its reputation. I stopped by on a busy Saturday (today) after my tire pressure warning light came on. I completely understand that Saturdays are busy, and I was told that if I left my vehicle, it would be ready around 8:00 PM. I have no issue with the wait time. My disappointment was with the customer service that followed. Because I needed my vehicle sooner, I asked if the store was open the next day. I was told no. I then asked if there were any nearby tire shops that could help since I was in a bind. The associate simply said no and didn’t offer any alternatives or suggestions. After leaving, I found a Car-X Auto Service just a few hundred feet away. They welcomed me immediately, the technician came out to inspect my tire before I even walked inside, and the manager, Gio, assured me they would take care of it. They quickly found a nail in the center of the tread, explained that it was safely repairable, and got me back on the road. I came in for a rotation today. Daniel was the person I worked with, his customer service was some of the best I’ve ever experienced by far. They told me it would take about an hour, I was only there for about 15min. Totally worth it

Kevin helped me out so much . Extremely knowledgeable and th fact that I’m ocd and he did everything right when getting me my tires to install was great 10/10 recommend
